The Process
So, we heard you’re having a party! Are you ready to work with us? We’ve been waiting for you. If you have a question, please email us using the below form. If we do not have availability, we will send you a text message to the phone number you provided in the form. If you want to chat, please leave a voicemail message so we know you called. We will contact you within 2-3 business days, not including weekends. Weekend inquiries will be contacted the next business day on Monday. We respond faster to e-mails and in most cases within the same day or next day. If you do not receive a response from us, we most likely did not receive your message and please contact us again.

STEP 1: CONNECT
Congratulations on your upcoming event! If you need a quote, please fill out and submit the party planning quote.
Step 2: ACCEPT
You will be sent a response within 2-3 business days, not including weekends. If we do not have availability, we will send you a text message to the cell phone number you provided in the form. If we have availability, you will be sent an informal quote. If you accept our quote, we’ll provide you with a formal Party Planning Agreement. Please read the Party Planning Agreement and Terms and Conditions in its entirety. The Client must consent to our agreement terms by signing and dating page 5 of the agreement. The agreement can be scanned/emailed to Party Sticklers or signed at the in-person consultation.
A 50% Non-Refundable Initial Payment is required at the meeting to start and prep for your event. We accept cash, personal/business checks, Zelle (bank transfer), and credit cards (PayPal – 4% service fee applies). We cannot book your event date without a signed agreement and 50% non-refundable initial payment.
Step 3: CONSULT
Schedule a virtual Zoom meeting or in-person consultation at your venue to discuss your scope of work, vision, goals, personal style, and design aesthetic. The initial consultation at the venue is 1-hour. We will share fresh ideas and some of our past designs to help spark your imagination and visualization. In-person consultations are not required for venues 40 miles outside of our service area, party rentals, and returning customers using the same venues. Clients may provide photos, videos, and/or a virtual tour of the party room during the virtual consultation. Enjoy telephone, text, and email correspondence leading up to your event.
Step 4: DESIGN
We’ll work hard behind the scenes to make your event a success! Clients will be provided a Party Planning Checklist and workflow to help you prepare for your special day.
Step 5: ENJOY
It’s Party Time! Are you ready for the grand reveal? Be a guest at your party! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

Hours of Operation:
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 9:00 – 5:00 pm
- Weekends (Sat-Sun): Closed for Parties
- Holidays: Our office will be closed for ALL Federal holidays including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas from December 20 – January 2nd. We will not be booking new party planning events or rentals when our office is closed.
