So, we heard you’re having a party! Ready to work with us? We’ve been waiting for you! If you have a quick question, please email us using the below form. If you want to chat, please leave a voicemail message so we know you called. We will contact you within 1-2 business days, not including weekends. Weekend inquiries will be contacted the next business day on Monday. We respond faster to e-mails and in most cases within the same day or next day. If you do not receive a response from us, we most likely did not receive your message and please contact us again.

STEP 1: CONNECT

Congratulations on your upcoming event! If you need a quote, please fill out and submit the party planning quote.

Step 2: ACCEPT

You will be sent a quote in 1-2 business days, not including weekends. Weekend inquiries will be contacted the next business day on Monday.

Be sure to read the contract, agree to our policies and terms, and sign the agreement.

Step 3: CONSULT

Schedule an in-person or virtual consultation at your venue to discuss your scope of work, vision, goals, personal style, and design aesthetic. A 50% deposit is required at the meeting to start and prep for your event. Consultations are not required for all services or returning customers using the same venues.

Step 4: DESIGN

We will share fresh ideas and some of our past designs to help spark your imagination and visualization. You will be provided with a list of our preferred and reputable vendors that we love and trust. Enjoy unlimited telephone and email correspondence leading up to your event.

Step 5: ENJOY

Be a guest at your party! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

Hours of Operation:

  • Weekdays: 10:00 – 8:00 pm
  • Weekends: Closed for Parties
  • Holidays: Our office will be closed for ALL Federal holidays including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas from December 24 – January 2nd. We will not be booking new party planning events or rentals when our office is closed.
