  • Sizes: 5″, 10″, 12″, and 18″
  • Prices: The price includes labor, setup / install, and disposal.  The balloon pricing depends on the balloon garland length (p/ foot), complexity, and frame type.  The prices listed are base prices.  Delivery and sales tax will incur.  All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes: Prices are subject to Virginia 6% sales tax.
  • Delivery: $40.00 (Includes delivery and pickup)
  • Colors Included: Balloon decor includes up to 3 colors. Additional colors are $30.00.
  • Custom Designs: Custom requests will incur an additional fee.
  • Quality Control: We do not allow customers to purchase their own balloons.  We use quality balloons from trusted manufacturers in order to maintain consistency in color, size, and quality.
