Are you looking for an event designer / event stylist to come in the day of your event and transform your party space?  When it comes to planning a fabulous party, it’s all in the details!  Our professional event designers can transform any space.

We use our creativity, artistic sense, and knowledge of design to transform spaces.  We will create and execute your artistic vision, ensure that your theme, color scheme, design style, and desired ambiance is cohesive across all aspects of your event.  We’re here to guide you in making the right design and aesthetic choices.  Your event designer will come to your venue / home the day of your event to setup and decorate.  We will return to the venue after your party ends to breakdown and remove the party decor.

Event planning logistics and vendor management / coordination is not included with the event design service.  If you need on-site coordination, logistics, and everything in between, please choose the partial planning service.

The event design pricing may vary depending on the type of party, the level of complexity, and number of guests.  Additional fees will incur for the party decor fees, custom / personalized orders, and party rentals.

 

EVENT DESIGN FEE

  • Event design fee starting from $1,020 + Travel / Delivery (Includes the event labor for our time, level of effort, and experience.)
  • The event design fee does not include the party decor and party rentals.
  • 1-2 Event Planners / Designers
  • Up to 12 Hours of Event Design Management

Our partial planning service is perfect for anyone looking for assistance with their next event from start to finish. You get the best of both worlds with our experience in event planning, coordination, and event design. We will create and execute your artistic vision and ensure that your theme, color scheme, and design style is cohesive across all aspects of your event.

If your desired level of effort and involvement is to be more hands-off and minimal decision-making, then partial planning service is for you. We will handle the heavy lifting and logistics so you can sit back and relax and free up your personal time.  Some services are not included with the partial planning option.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN FEE

  • Up to 15 Hours of Event & Decor Management

Our standard rental services provide delivery and pickup services. We also have setup and teardown services for an additional fee, reducing the logistical burden on the client. We are flexible in case of last-minute changes or adjustments, ensuring your event decor is top notch.
