- Prices: The balloon pricing depends on the balloon garland length (p/ foot), complexity, and frame type. The prices listed are base prices and do not include delivery and sales tax. All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery: $40 delivery fee will be added to your invoice.
- Taxes: Prices are subject to Virginia 6% sales tax.
- Colors Included: Balloon decor includes up to 3 colors. Additional colors are $30.00.
- Quality Control: We do not allow customers to purchase their own balloons. We use quality balloons from trusted manufacturers in order to maintain consistency in color, size, and quality.
