So you’ve decided to host a party! You thought you had everything covered but forgot about the most important thing…the chairs and tables. We specialize in party planning and event design/decorating but rent our party equipment when our party rentals are not being used by our clients. Our party planning clients have first priority for using the party rentals.


Our party rental inventory caters to smaller intimate parties with 50 guests or less. We have limited inventory available for rental equipment. If you are hosting a large event, we regretfully will not be able to service your request. However, we can refer you to some local party rental companies that we love. We do not have a warehouse or showroom for client pickup/drop off (return) services. We deliver and pickup the rental equipment right to your front door or venue. Our rental rates are competitive yet affordable because we do not have the overhead of a warehouse. Don’t wait, our limited inventory books fast!

Minimum Order

All orders must meet the $50.00 minimum order BEFORE delivery fees and taxes. Sorry no exceptions to the $50.00 minimum due to the increase in gas prices and convenience of us delivering and picking up the party rentals right to your home/venue.

Our physical address is located in Ashburn, VA. We service Eastern Loudoun County and certain zip codes in Fairfax Counties within a 15-mile radius of zip code 20147. Cities we serve include: Ashburn, Broadlands, Brambleton, One Loudoun, Lansdowne, Leesburg, Sterling (Dulles, Cascades, Potomac Falls, Countryside, Lowes Island), South Riding, Dranesville, Herndon (certain zip codes), and Great Falls Virginia (certain zip codes).

Rental Delivery Type

We offer the below (3) rental delivery options.


  • One Day Rental: Dropped off Saturday and picked up on Sunday
  • Two Day Rental: Dropped off Friday and picked up on Sunday
  • Same Day Rental: Dropped off Saturday and picked up on Saturday

  • Weekday Delivery/Pickup Times (Mon-Fri): 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Weekend Delivery/Pickup Times (Sat-Sun): 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Delivery Fees

To eliminate the stress and hassle, we come to you! Now that’s what we call a party! Rental delivery fees are a separate expense and does not include the cost of the rental equipment. Mileage is determined by online mapping services (e.g. Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, or Bing Maps). The delivery fees are predetermined and fixed based on the going rate of gas prices and miles from the customer/venue address to our physical address (Ashburn, VA). Please be advised that you must provide the party address in order for us to provide you with a delivery quote. We will use our complete address in Google Maps not 20147. Sorry, delivery fees cannot be discounted or waived due to the roundtrip (4 trips) traveling expenses and cost of gas. We reserve the right to change the delivery prices and/or charge a delivery depending on the quantity of your order (small orders) without further notice. On-line mapping service mileage may vary.

15 Miles ($40.00): Addresses up to 15 miles from zip code 20147 will incur a round-trip delivery fee of $40.00.

Outdoor Overnight Rentals

We will only allow overnight rentals for outdoor parties if the client guarantees the equipment is secure in the backyard. To prevent vandalism, theft, and wear and tear on our equipment, we do not allow overnight rentals in unsecured front or backyards.

Equipment Training

All our equipment in stock is easy to operate. Your party hostess will briefly train customers on how to operate the equipment for adult and children folding tables and resin folding chairs.

Setup & Breakdown

Rental prices DO NOT include setup and breakdown of equipment. Customers are responsible for moving the items to a specific location on site, setup, and breakdown. We offer setup and breakdown services for $0.50 per chair or table.

Curbside Delivery

We offer curbside delivery for all equipment rentals. Equipment rentals are dropped at a single ground level location (e.g. front door, garage, front lawn or driveway). Due to liability issues, we do not enter or drop off the rental equipment inside a customer’s home unless party planning services are rendered. Additional fees apply for home/indoor, backyard, stairs and steps, elevators, metered parking or no parking space. The customer is responsible for setting up and organizing the rental equipment. Extra fees apply if you hire us to setup the equipment ($0.50 p/item).

Delivery Limitations

Please let us know if your venue has any delivery restrictions which would prolong our delivery time. This includes but not limited to road closures/blocked, stairs and steps, elevators/freight, residence only/parking tag required, metered parking, and no parking. Additional fees will incur for certain situations ($0.50 p/item).

Payment Method

The Client is responsible for all timely payments to Party Sticklers. We accept cash, personal/business checks, bank transfers (Zelle), and credit cards for final payments for rental services. All PayPal credit card transactions will incur a 4% service fee. The balance must be paid on the day of your party at the time of delivery, not during your designated pickup time. Party Sticklers reserves the right to refuse services, suspend, cancel or terminate the Client’s services if they fail or refuse to pay the balance.


In the event that you have to cancel your rental order, a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations. Prompt notification of your cancellation must be sent to Party Sticklers in the form of a written email. A $50 charge will incur for cancellations that do not comply within a 24-hour timeframe. In the event that you have to cancel your party, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The Client will be able to re-schedule another party with us within one year of the initial party date. Due to unknown circumstances not under the Customer’s control and certain “Acts of God”, Party Sticklers, LLC reserves the right to terminate or cancel any Client’s order without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse, terminate or cancel the Client’s service at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
